Mike Birbiglia News and Information Mike Birbiglia is touring this summer and fall, kicking things off August 27th at the Cape Cod Melody Tent in Hyannis, Mass., and will continue to the Midwest through September, a stop in Washington and a number of shows on the West Coast in October, and two Texas performances in November.

Birbiglia entertains millions of fans on a multitude of levels - he has released three albums, writes for the blog "My Secret Public Journal," starred in a one-man off-Broadway show "Sleepwalk with Me," and he is a regular contributor to "The Bob & Tom Show," "This American Life" and "Public Radio International," and he plans to publish a book in the future.

The funnyman has been nominated for a number of prestigious comedy awards, including three for his "Sleepwalk with Me" tour from Drama Desk, Lucillle Lortel and Outer Critics Circle, all in 2009. He took home the prize for "Outstanding Comedian in a Major Engagement" for "Sleepwalk with Me" from the Nightlife Awards. In 2003, he won the "Best Male Stand-up" ECNY Award.

Birbiglia has released the albums "Dog Years" (2004), "Invite Them Up," (2005), "Two Drink Mike" (2006), "My Secret Public Journal Live," (2007) and the DVD "What I Should Have Said Was Nothing" (2008).
