Songs: Ohia was an American indie rock project by Jason Molina from Lorain, Ohio. The second part of the name is both an allusion to the Hawaiian tree ‘Ōhi‘a lehua and Molina's home state Ohio. Since 2003, the project has morphed into the Magnolia Electric Co., located in Chicago and Bloomington, Indiana.
