On her website, Gaga describes her tour as "a multimedia artistic experience in the style of the first-ever 'pop-electro opera.'" She made the decision to go-it-alone after an ill-fated, albeit brief, announcement of a joint tour with Kanye West ended with Gaga pulling out the venture before it even got off the ground.

Her latest album, "The Fame Monster," was released in November 2009 and includes only 8 tracks: "Bad Romance," "Alejandro," "Monster," "Speechless," "Dance in the Dark," "Telephone" (featuring Beyonce), "So Happy I Could Die," and "Teeth." The deluxe version of the release contains a second disc that includes the entirety of her first release, "The Fame."

Opening acts for this tour is a revolving door of artists including Kid Cudi, Jason Derulo, and Semi-Precious Weapons, each appearing on various legs of the tour, so check local listings.
