Kid Rock 2010 Summer Tour News Kid Rock's summer tour in support of his upcoming album is making its way to North America! In addition to his solo dates, Kid will be supporting Bon Jovi as the opening act for a few of their stadium appearances.

The 17-city headlining tour dates kicks off on July 9 in East Rutherford, N.J., and ends on Sept. 26 at the Puyallup Fair in Puyallup, Wash. U.S. stops during the tour include July 24 in Boston; July 30-31 in Chicago; Aug. 6 in Detroit Lakes, Mich.; Aug. 10 in Sturgis, S.C.; and Aug. 13-15 in Clarkston, Mich.

Puyallup Fair is a 17-day long event that begins on Sept. 10 in Puyallup, Wash. A new artist is featured each day, such as Heart, Bret Michaels, Kenny Rogers, Willie Nelson and Chris Botti. Kid Rock will be the fair's closing act.

Born Free is Kid Rock's tenth studio album. It's scheduled for release on Sept. 7.
