Kid Cudi's album, Man on the Moon II: The Legend of Mr. Rager, debuted in November 2010 and features popular songs like "Erase Me" with Kanye Wesy and "Mr. Rager."
Kid Cudi was born Scott Ramon Seguro Mescudi in Cleveland, Ohio, in 1984. When he was 11 years old, Cudi's father passed away from cancer. Near the end of high school, Cudi first tried his hand at rapping and later moved to Brooklyn to focus on his music.
His big move paid off after Kanye West listened to Cudi's July 2008 mixtape, "A Kid Named Cudi." Later that year, Cudi signed on with GOOD Music. As part of the contract, Cudi appeared in several songs on Kanye's 2008 album, Welcome to Heartbreak. However, it wasn't until Cudi's popular songs "Day 'n' Night" was picked up on the MTV Video Music Awards, BET and Dogg After Dark that he began to get real airtime.
In September 2009, Cudi released his debut studio album, Man on the Moon: The End of Day, which featured songs like "Day 'n' Night" and "Make Her Say." His follow-up to the album was November 2010's Man on the Moon II: The Legend of Mr. Rager.
