Jimmy Buffett Tour News

No one loves summer more than Jimmy Buffet, and he's back again in 2010 to spread the tunes from his latest album, "Buffet Hotel." Parrotheads everywhere are delighted that Buffet has continued his tradition of summer touring as he travels the country in April, May, June, August and September.
Buffett kicked off his first tour in 1976 and has hit the road every single summer since, save four years in the early 1980s.
"Buffet Hotel" was released in December 2009 and is Buffet's 28th studio album. The album made its way to No. 1 on the U.S. Billboard Top Independent Albums and No. 17 on the U.S. Billboard 200. Buffet's first rock song ever—"Surfing in a Hurricane"—appears on this album, and proves that Buffet can mix it up while remaining true to his style.
He has nearly four decades of summer-loving studio albums under his belt ("Havana Daydreamin'" in 1976; "Riddles in the Sand" in 1984, "Banana Wind" in 1996; and "License to Chill" in 2004) as well as 37 Margaritaville and Cheeseburger in Paradise Cafes.
