Jesse McCartney Tickets

Jesse McCartney is touring this August with fellow pop star Jordin Sparks, supporting his new album "Departure."


McCartney started his career as the "young cute one" in the boy band "Dream Street" and eventually moved into acting and has since become a massive success in his own right. He has since released three successful albums that have sold millions of records.

The pop star was born in New York and had a number of acting and singing gigs while growing up, including a spot on the ABC soap opera "All My Children," as well as the Disney 'tween shows "Hannah Montana" and "The Suite Life of Zack and Cody."

McCartney was a member of Dream Street through 2002 when they broke up while touring with Aaron Carter. The singer offered up his debut full-length album, "Beautiful Soul" in 2004. The title track became an instant hit, as well as "Shes No You."

McCartney released "Right Where You Want Me" in 2006 after a successful tour, and the title track was a success once again, as well as the follow-up single "Just So You Know." He toured again after this release, amassing even more fans across the globe.

"Departure" is the pop stars third album, which includes the massive success "Leavin." The album took more of and R&B spin, and it has been even more successful than his prior two.

McCartney is touring with Sparks on their "Live!" tour. Both stars have more wholesome images than most - they both take active anti-drug stances, including McCartneys radio spots for "Kids for a Drug Free America" campaign.
