Grammy-winning hip hop artist Jay-Z has teamed up with fellow music mogul Kanye West for a new album under the collaborative moniker The Throne. The duo's first album, "Watch The Throne," debuted in early August and is being followed up by a 20+ city tour that kicks off in October.
The 'Watch The Throne' tour kicks off on Oct. 29 at the Philips Arena in Atlanta and runs through Dec. 18 at the Rogers Arena in Vancouver. The last U.S. tour dates in Dec. 16 at the Tacoma Dome in Washington State.
Additional tour dates include Nov. 2 at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia; Nov. 5-6 at the Izod Center in East Rutherford, N.J.; Nov. 23-24 at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto; Nov. 29 at the Sprint Center in Kansas City, Mo. and more.
Prior to "Watch The Throne," Jay-Z's most recent album was September 2009's "The Blueprint 3." 'Throne's' initial release was digital only, through iTunes, and will then be followed by an exclusive distribution deal with Best Buy. The album features some high-powered guests, including Beyonce, Mr. Hudson, and Frank Ocean, the singer of Odd Future.
