This January, Guster is kicking off a U.S. tour in support of their new album, Easy Wonderful. The 15-city tour begins on Jan. 14 at the Ogden Theatre in Denver and runs through Feb. 6 at Ships and Dip 4 in Miami. Easy Wonderful, Guster's sixth studio album, debuted in October 2010. It features songs like "Do You Love Me" and "Stay With Me Jesus."

Along the way, the band also has stops at San Francisco's Fillmore Auditorium on Jan. 21; the State Theatre in Minneapolis on Jan. 28; and the Tabernacle in Atlanta on Feb. 4.

The members of Guster Ryan Miller, Brian Rosenworcel and Adam Gardner actually met at their Freshman Orientation Day in 1991 at Tufts University in Massachusetts. After just a few months, the band began playing publicly at a coffee shop inside one of the university's dorms. Together, they produced two albums Parachute (1994) and Goldfly (1997) before they achieved success with 1999's Lost and Gone Forever, which featured the hit single "Fa Fa."

In 1998, Guster signed to Sire Records Group and Hybrid Recordings. Up to this point the band was only gaining fans through word of mouth, but the new label gave them more exposure. After they signed, Guster re-released Goldfly in April 1998. The third album was also a big change for them as Joe Pisapia joined the group and helped them produce their next two highly successful songs, "Amsterdam" and "Careful" off of Keep It Together (2003).

Following their fourth studio album, the band also released their first live album, Guster on Ice, which they recorded during two shows in Portland during 2003. After their label folded in 2003, Guster decided to sign to Reprise's Palm Pictures and it was another three years before they released their fifth studio album, Ganging Up on the Sun. However, the lead single "Manifest Destiny/Sorority Tears" proved that it was worth the wait.

In October 2010 Guster released their sixth studio album, Easy Wonderful. Following the album's release it was decided that Joe Pisapia would be leaving the band to work with Canadian pop country singer k.d. lang. In his place, the band has welcomed new member Luke Reynolds.
