Furthur 2011 Tour News This February, Furthur is kicking off a12-city, 28-concert U.S. tour. The tour kicks off with a 3-night performance at the 1st Bank Center in Broomfield, Colo. from Feb. 11-13 and runs through April 6 at the Mizner Park Amphitheatre in Boca Raton, Fla.

The Northeast-heavy tour dates also include Boston's Orpheum Theatre from March 4-6; the Oakdale Theatre in Wallingford, Conn. on March 8; the Best Buy Theater in NYC from March 10-15; the Patriot Center in Fairfax on March 17; the Tower Theater in Upper Darby, Penn from March 18-23; NYC's Radio City Music Hall from March 25-27; the Broome County Veteran's Memorial Area in Binghampton, N.Y. on March 29 and the Petersen Events Center in Pittsburgh on March 30.

In April, Furthur heads slightly South with a stop at the Hampton Coliseum in Hampton, Va. on April 1, followed by gigs at the North Charleston Coliseum in Charleston, S.C. on April 2, Atlanta's Fox Theatre on April 3, and the UCF Arena in Orlando on April 5.

Though the band has yet to release a debut album, former Grateful Dead members Bob Weir and Phil Lesh have more than 22 live and studio albums worth of music to pull from.
