Enrique Iglesias is touring this fall, starting things off in Texas and moving up the East Coast to support his Spanish greatest hits album "95/08 Exitos."

Iglesias came over to America as part of the Latin Explosion, selling more albums than any other artist of the time, unloading more than 48 million albums worldwide.

Iglesias, the son of famed singer Julio, grew up in Miami, Fla., and attended the University of Miami before dropping out to pursue a career in music. The singer released three successful Spanish-language albums.

In 1999, Iglesias followed on the heels of the likes of Ricky Martin and Jennifer Lopez with the English-language album "Enrique." His first single was "Bailamos," used in the Will Smith movie "Wild Wild West." The album also included the hits "Could I Have This Kiss Forever," "Sad Eyes" and "Be With You."

The emerging U.S. star toured relentlessly and built up quite a fan base in anticipation for his sophomore English collection, "Escape." The album included the hits "Hero," "Escape" and "Dont Turn Off the Lights."

In 2002, the singer went back to his Latin roots with "Quizas," which was one of the first Spanish-language albums to be embraced by the U.S. - he performed "Quizas" on Jay Leno and the video was in heavy rotation on MTV.

After releasing "7," another English-language hit, Iglesias starred in the 2003 film "Once Upon A Time in Mexico" and embarked on a massive world tour. He took some time off from recording between 2004 and 2006, but keeping up a busy schedule of appearances.

Iglesias released "Insomniac" on June of 2007 - it was a collection of more R&B tracks, including collaborations with urban artists such as "Lil Wayne." Another tour followed and the album was a success.

Iglesias released "95/08 Exitos" in March of 2008, which included his greatest Spanish-language hits, as well as two new songs.
