"I'm going on the road again with Billy Joel again next year," Elton John told GQ magazine in September 2008. At the Hard Rock Caf?n New York City on October 27, 2008, Billy Joel confirmed that he would be touring with Elton John in 2009.
But the long months between confirming the rumors and actually seeing them perform together is soon going to end.
While Elton John and Billy Joel are currently touring, they haven't played together yet. The first show is slated for March 2 in Jacksonville, Florida. So far, a total of 15 shows featuring both the piano-legends are scheduled between March and July.
