Doobie Brothers Tour News Back and better than ever, the Doobie Brothers are partnering with Chicago for an unforgettable summer tour! The 2010 co-headlining tour is already in full swing, and there are no plans to stop until early October.

Between now and then, the bands will be making stops from coast to coast. Noticeably absent from the 2010 tour is bassist Skylark, who is dealing with some medical issues. Filling in for him is John Cowan, who toured with the Doobie Brothers in the early 90s.

This year's tour will also feature a new song or two from the band's upcoming album. Though the album has no release date and no title, it will be the band's first in a decade, so be sure not to miss it!
