Death Cab For Cutie is on the touring circuit this spring supporting its most recent album, Codes And Keys, and bringing along members of the Magik Magik Orchestra, who also played on the album, to accompany them.

The outing gets under way April 10 starting at Ellie Caulkins Opera House in Denver and continues through mid-May to end up in Seattle, Wa., at the Paramount Theatre. All the stops in between hit various intimate venues and historic theaters across the country, including Louisville Palace Theatre in Louisville, KY (4/13), NYC's Beacon Theatre (4/27), and Fox Theater in Oakland, CA (5/8), just to name a few.

Special guests Youth Lagoon will join the tour April 27 - May 13. Another supporting act is still TBD.

The Magik Magik Orchestra worked on the string arrangements for Codes and Keys, and had previously appeared on other collaborations with Death Cab's "VH1 Storytellers" segment, as well as with Mike Patton and The Walkmen. They describe themselves as "a collective of players who perform live onstage and in the recording studio to produce unique artistic projects."
