With tour dates stretching well into 2012, jazz-pop trumpeter Chris Botti shows no sign of ever slowing down. The largest selling American instrumental artist performs at over 250 concerts per year, and Chris Botti is regularly joined by many of the nation's finest symphony orchestras.
After wrapping up a month-long gig at the Blue Note in NYC, Chris Botti heads to the Belding Theater at The Bushnell in Hartford, Conn., followed by gigs at the Atlanta Symphony Hall on Feb. 10-11, the Grand 1894 Opera House in Galveston on Feb. 12 and the Verizon Theatre at Grand prairie in Texas on Feb 16.
On Feb. 17, Chris Botti heads to the nation's capitol to perform at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. Other Chris Botti stops include Feb. 19 at the Allentown Symphony Hall in Pennsylvania, the Peabody Opera House in Saint Louis on Feb. 24 and the Palladium in Carmel, Ind., on Feb. 25.
In March, Chris Botti's tour is just as diversified with gigs in Florida, California, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. With so much time devoted to touring, Chris Botti's discography includes nine studio albums in total with the most recent being Italia, which debuted in 2007.
