Capital Jazz Fest Tickets

Capital Jazz Fest 2010 Update The Capital Jazz Fest is returning to the Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Md., from June 4-6.

The outdoor music festival features two stages where artists performing this year include Kenny G, Ledisi, Patti Labelle, Basia, The Brand New Heavies, Brian Culbertson, Rachelle Ferrell and Esperanza Spalding. R&B fans will also appreciate performances by Mint Condition, The Family Stone, Cameo and Raphael Saadiq will perform.

The Catch a Rising Star showcase, which introduces new contemporary jazz artists, is also coming to the Capital Jazz Fest for the first time this year.

Besides the music, concertgoers can also browse arts and crafts, enjoy food and drink, and meet and greet their favorite artists. The festivities of the 18th annual Capital Jazz Fest kick off the evening of June 4 with performances by Gladys Knight and comedian Sinbad.
