Britney Spears is taking her comeback across the country in March, with the Pussycat Dolls by her side to join in on the fun.

Spears ushered in a new sound of pop in the late 1990s, and rode a wave of success through 2004, when she fell into some rough times and took the opportunity to recreate her image and become America's Sweetheart once again.

Spears was raised in Kentwood, Louisiana, and got her first taste of fame on Star Search and the New Mickey Mouse Club. In 1999, "…Baby One More Time" put her into the big time, bolstered by the popularity of the title track.

Over the next six years, Spears continued to churn out hits and become a pop culture phenomenon. "(You Drive Me) Crazy," "Im a Slave 4 U," "Oops!...I Did it Again," "Stronger," "Lucky,: "Overprotected," "Im Not a Girl, Not Yet a Woman," "Boys," "Me Against the Music," "Toxic" and "Everytime" are among the bigger names - over her tenure on the top of the charts, she become the eighth highest-selling female artist of all time.

The pop star took some time off to get married and have kids, which eventually ended in a divorce and some substance abuse issues. In 2008, though, she decided to turn things around - her comeback began with three MTV Video Music Award wins for "Piece of Me," including Best Female Video, Best Pop Video, and Video of the Year.

On November 28, 2008, Spears released "Circus," which solidified her spot back on the top of the charts - the album debuted at No.1, which makes her the only artist to ever sell over 500,000 copies of an album in its debut week - for five albums.

Spears celebrated the release of the critically-acclaimed album and her 27th Birthday with a number of festivities to which she invited her fans - and now fans can see her again on the road!
