Aventura is touring this fall headlining their first tour in support of their latest release
The Last.
The Last is their fifth studio album, which was recorded in Wyclef Jean's studio and features several big name collaborations. In addition to working with Jean, the group's latest effort features appearances from Akon, Ludacris and the reggaeton duo Wisin y Yandel.
Aventura is known for an innovative mix of Hi-Hop, R&B and Reggaeton, as well as incorporating English and Spanish lyrics in their hit songs.
The group, formed by cousins Romeo and Henry Santos and brothers Max and Lenny Santos, went by the name "Los Teenagers" when they formed in 1994, but have since matured to their current moniker.
The band signed with BMG in 1999 and by 2002 they had a hit with the album "We Broke the Rules" and the smash hit "Obsesion."
They released one album each year for the four following, including "Love & Hate," "Unplugged," "Gods Project" and "K.O.B. Live." Singles included "Im Sorry," "Hermanita," "Mi Nina Cambio," "Te Invito," "Controversia" and "Jose."
The group also released "The Love & Hate Concert - Live at the United Palace" in 2005.
