Alice Cooper 2010 Fall Tour News Alice Cooper has been entertaining fans with his heavy metal music and off-the-wall performances for over four decades, creating the genre of "shock rock," and rightly so. Now, he's teaming up with fellow metalhead Rob Zombie for a handful of fall tour dates for the "Halloween Hootenanny Tour."

The "Gruesome Twosome," along with special guest Murderdolls, are kicking off the tour on Sept. 30 at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, Calif. Tour highlights include stops at the Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Md. on Oct. 17, the Nashville Municipal Auditorium on Oct. 20 and the Nokia Theatre in Grand Prairie Texas on Oct. 23, before wrapping things up at the Concrete Street Amphitheatre in Corpus Christi, Texas on Oct. 24.

Alice Cooper's most recent studio album was 2008's Along Came a Spider, though he's reportedly releasing an EP titled Alice Does Alice later this year. Rob Zombie's latest work was February 2010's Hellbilly Deluxe 2, though it is scheduled to be re-released with new materiel in late September.
